Teen shot while riding scooter in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are searching for the person who shot a teen riding a scooter in North Philadelphia.

It happened on the 2900 block of Judson Street around 1 a.m. on Thursday.

The 17-year-old victim was shot three times in the chest, shoulder and backside.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.

The Shooting Investigation Group is investigating. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
